What else is happening?

Environment Canada's Environmental Choice program provides boaters with a number of products and services that are less harmful to the environment. Products carrying the Eco-Logo (3 doves intertwined to form a maple leaf) are certified to be produced in a more environmentally responsibly manner while their use leaves the least environmental impact.

"But I am only one boater, how can my actions have any positive results?" As small as your contribution may be, if we all make a concentrated effort we can truly make a difference.

Ontario's marina operators, like you, want to leave a clean and healthy legacy to our children and grandchildren. Clean air, water and soil are part of the joy of boating in the vast beautiful Province of Ontario.
